Clients who believe that their
rights have not been respected should first attempt
to solve the problem by talking to the person
involved. The client may talk to the Center Office
supervisor to get assistance with problem resolution.
If the client is not satisfied
with the outcome of these steps, he/she may contact
the Center’s consumer representative for
assistance or to file a complaint.
